At Pocket Full of Stitches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
